How do you customize an item?
When purchasing a customizable item you will see questions with check boxes next to the type of customization. If you select the box an input area will appear and you add your customization there.
Do you make fully custom items?
Yes we do! Please send an email to [email protected]. You can also fine more info about custom items under additional information.
What is your refund/exchange policy?
Please see our detailed policy. The short version is we will correct any mistake we make. You have 30 days from receipt to starts the return or exchange process. Customized items do not qualify for a refund or exchange.
Help! I am trying to customize an item and it won’t let me add the rest!
There is a limited number of characters for each customization. It will not let you add more than that. This ensures your customization will work. If you need to add more, send us an email at [email protected] . We will see if your specific request will fit.
Will my order look exactly like the image?
Since wood is a natural material and the grain and the ability to absorb oil at different rates, each piece comes out unique. They will be very similar but the tone can be different as will the grain.
When will my order ship?
Standard stock items placed before noon on Tuesday will ship out Wednesday. Standard stock items placed by noon on Thursday will ship out Friday. Customized items will take longer to ship. Customized stock might be pushed back to the next shipping day. Fully customized items ship according to there quoted time frame.
