Elemental You Returns Policy

We understand that there may come a time to return a purchase, and we aim to make the process as simple as possible.

Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Your refund less shipping will be refunded to the original payment method.

Please note: Customized items and shipping costs do not qualify for a refund. Any item you want to return must be in new and unused condition.

Refunds

After receiving your item/s and inspecting the condition, we will process your refund less shipping. Please allow at least 7-10 days from the receipt of your item/s for your return to be processed
